Training Course Certification (TCC), certifies that a training provider is able to provide effective and appropriate training, which must:

• Cover the necessary subject matter in satisfactory depth
• Be effectively presented by competent trainers
• Measure the student's comprehension and performance
• Use effective training methods that will assist students in learning the skills and knowledge included in the learning objectives

RABQSA International shall certify training organizations that have demonstrated technical and training expertise to the predetermined criteria, and have the ability to effectively examine the performance of personnel.

RABQSA Training Course Certification is an important part of your training profile, and shall offer benefits such as:

The Generic Training Course Development and Delivery requirements establish general requirements for course design and development structure of training courses. RABQSA assesses a training course/training program for conformity with these requirements, and assesses the respective Training Provider for conformity with the criteria document ‘Training Provider Administration Requirements’.

Certification of a Training Provider’s course has two components:

• Approval of the administrative management system
• Approval of the course content and structure of each course offered

The two approvals may occur either independently or together. In order to present an RABQSA-certified course, the Training Provider shall have both the administrative management system and the course content and structure approved. The main requirements for certification are:
