The American Chemistry Council (ACC) has signed a memorandum of understanding giving RABQSA responsibility for administering the certification of auditors who will provide service to the Responsible Care Management System program, ACC's environmental, health, safety, and security performance improvement initiative.

RABQSA International, Inc. currently offers Responsible Care (RC) auditor certification. The RABQSA auditor scheme is open to all qualified applicants.
