Qualification-based OHS Auditor Certification

Health and safety is a prominent issue in all organizations. To ensure compliance with regulations and reduce apparent risk, the requirement for competent auditors is mandatory.

The RABQSA Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Certification Scheme has been developed to provide recognition for auditors of OHS management systems and other types of OHS audits and is designed to ensure that auditors meet or exceed the qualification guidelines described in ISO 19011:2002.

Certification to the qualification-based scheme requires evaluation of the following information. Refer to the OHS Criteria & Guidance document for specific requirements.

Summary of OHS Auditor Certification requirements
This table provides a summary of certification requirements. Details of these requirements are available in the criteria and must be referenced when applying for certification.
