To facilitate this RABQSA is providing a series of customer surveys for you to complete. You can either download the ones you like, complete and fax or mail back to us; or you can use the online survey tool provided.

USING THE ONLINE SURVEYS
RABQSA offers the surveys online for your convenience.
When entering the survey site, you are requested to make a choice of your certification status. You can choose:
- New To Certification, for personnel and training providers holding RABQSA certification for 12 months or less;
- Continuing Certification, for personnel and training providers holding RABQSA certification for more than 12 months; and
- No certification, for people who only utilize RABQSA’s website and media Services.
When selecting options 1 or 2, you will be asked to select your grade of certification.
- If you are in personnel certification, select your grade; and
- If you are a Training Provider, select TP.
Based on your choices you will be offered a selection of survey questions. We may ask you questions on:
- Your certification experience;
- Your overall satisfaction with RABQSA;
- Your opinion on our website; and
- Your opinion on our media services.
Read the questions carefully and be open and frank in your answers. Your views are important and any comments or suggestions you make are very welcome.
Please note that comments may be quoted in the survey report, provided that these do not identify any individuals.
When you complete the survey questions, you have a choice to submit your response or go on to complete some demographic questions. These include:
- Age;
- Gender;
- Length of certification with RABQSA;
- Your industries you work in; Your current position of employment; and
- How you pay for your certification.
You can decline to complete this section, however we collect this information to make our products and services more valuable for your needs and ensure we meet our vision and mission statements.
Finally we ask you if we can contact you in future to gain your feedback on your satisfaction with other RABQSA products and services.

Why should I complete the surveys?
These Surveys provide the opportunity to give your views about how things are done at RABQSA and to have a say in our future direction.
RABQSA is committed to acting on the results of the survey and to working with our customers to make RABQSA the leader in Personnel and Training certification.
How do the surveys impact on RABQSA’s strategic planning process?
The surveys provide RABQSA with an overall measure for customer satisfaction and a measure against our Customer Charter.

To achieve this vision it is critical that we know where our customers believe improvement is required and then to act on this feedback.
How can RABQSA assure me that the surveys are confidential?
The survey is confidential and anonymous. Analysis of the survey data follows a strict Privacy Policy which ensures that no individuals can be identified directly or indirectly from their responses.
When can I expect to see the results from these surveys?
The survey results for RABQSA Customer Satisfaction as a whole will be reported on our website at regular intervals throughout the year and as per our Customer Charter.
