The Drinking Water-Quality Management System (DW QMS) Auditor Certification Scheme has been developed by RABQSA in conjunction with Victorian Department of Human Services, the Water Services Association of Australia and the Victorian Water Industry Association. These three organizations form the Scheme Committee that oversees the management of the Scheme.
The Scheme provides international recognition for auditors who conduct audits to ensure that drinking water service providers can demonstrate that they are managing risk in accordance with the risk management framework as set out in the Australian Drinking Water Guidelines (ADWG).
