The Heavy Vehicle Accreditation (HVA) Auditor Certification Scheme has been developed by RABQSA in conjunction with the HVA Auditor Sub-Scheme Committee (SSC).  The SSC, which has responsibility to oversee the development and management of the Scheme, comprises representatives of relevant key stakeholders in the heavy vehicle accreditation industry and RABQSA.

The Scheme provides recognition for auditors who conduct audits using heavy vehicle accreditation standards, in particular NHVAS, WA HVA and Trucksafe, in all Australian States and Territories.
